This book was originally developed as part of “Development of Big Story Books for Early Literacy in Mother Tongue”. The big story books were written in ethnic languages and translated into Myanmar language. They are to be used to promote love of reading, help develop fluency in a language a child is familiar (mother tongue or first language), and also to support in learning official language “Myanmar” later on. They are available in 90 ethnic languages.
